This means you do not have an email address available on your profile, so if you enter drawings most people will just delete your entry. Either change your profile to show your email address or you need to post your email address in your comment entry. I hate for you to enter a bunch of giveaways just to be deleted. If you don't want your email on your public profile, just go set up a separate hotmail, or yahoo, specifically for your blog, then your inbox isn't open to spam and you can check it separately. I do this and it helps a lot!
